Buon appetito!

Begin by preparing the vegetable broth. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables, cut the carrots into pieces and sliced the leek and the cabbage. Add to the broth the vegetables and the peas (I used the frozen ones, for convenience). When the water begins to boil, add the mixture of legumes and cereals and stir well. Take 10/15 minutes until the cooking of the vegetables. Let it rest a while and, before serving, give a nice pepper sprinkle. Enjoy your meal!
